6.　 商品代金以外で必要な費用

関税
お品物はお買い物いただいたブランドから直接お客様の元に到着します。お客様の元へお品物が到着した際にお品物の輸入にともなった関税(消費税を含む)が発生し、お客様負担でお支払いいただくこととなります。そのため、弊社を通して決済をしていただく際には消費税は発生致しません。
ただし、例外として日本にお品物がある場合は、既に弊社を通して関税や消費税を建て替えさせていただいておりますので、ご購入の際には消費税も一緒に請求させていただきます。

7．  商品引渡し時期

お品物はご注文いただいたお品物のブランドから直接お客様の元へ発送されます。ブランドごとに発送期間が異なりますが、通常、3日～14日営業日での発送が可能です。

お品物の発送は国際発送となりますので、想定外の事象により、発送が遅れる場合もございます。また、ゴールデンウィーク・シルバーウィーク・お盆・年末年始の時期には商品発送までに通常時よりもさらに1週間ほどお時間がかかる場合があることをご理解ください。

9.    支払い時期

Geared ではお客様にお買い物をしていただいた決済時にお支払いをして頂きます。クレジットカードをご利用の場合は、各カード会社引き落とし日にお支払いが完了いたします。


10.  返品/交換/保証期間内の交換

商品ご利用の前に必ず不具合や欠損等をご確認ください。万が一、不具合や欠損があった場合、必ず商品到着後【7日以内】にGearedまでご連絡ください。未使用の商品に限り、交換の手続きをさせて頂きます。

サイズ交換の希望や写真と実物が違うなどお客様のご都合により交換をご希望の場合、必ず商品到着後【7日以内】にGearedまでご連絡ください。Geared を通して各ブランドにコンタクトをとり、交換品をご用意させて頂きます。ただし、ご返送いただく商品は、必ず未使用の状態で、商品到着時と同様の状態までお戻しいただき、全ての付属品は必ず同梱いただく必要がございます。
なお、この場合の送料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

• ご返送いただいた商品が使用済みの場合や、付属品の同梱漏れがある場合は交換商品として受理できませんのでご注意ください。
• お品物交換の際にモデルチェンジ等により、旧モデルがご用意できない場合は、同等の新モデルへの交換をご提案させていただく場合がございます。
• 保証対象商品は保証期間内である限り、保証内容に準じ交換されます。
  
• 全てのセール商品は、欠陥品でない限り返品・交換・返金できません。

6. Associated fees other then cost of goods

Import duty and consumption tax.
Delivery charges. It will depends on the brand of products customer ordered. If you order less amount than what the brand decide as free shipping, customer have to pay for shipping fee at the door.


7. Goods extradition period

The products will be shipped directry from those brands customer ordered from through Geared. Shipping time is different depends on the brand. However, customer can expect approximately 3-7 days.
※ Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events.
※ Delivery may be delayed by one week during Golden Week, Obon, and New Year`s, and other Japanese Holidays.


8. Payment methods

Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Paidy.


9. Payment Timing: For payment by credit card, Geared will charge your credit card at the time of order. Your payment by credit card follows your credit card company's rules.


10. Returned goods, exchanges and warranty replacement. 

Please check for any defects or damages prior to use. 

If there are any defects or damages, you must contact Geared within 7 days of receiving or we reserve the right not to replace the goods. Geared will be the contact between customer and the brand of the item and replace or exchange any unused defective items under the conditions listed above. Geared will be responsible for the cost of shipping in this caase.

If the customer would like to exchange a product due to size, style, or color, etc., the customer must contact Geared within 7 days of receiving the product for exchange. The customer will pay the fee for return shipping. We cannot cancel the order and refund the customer unless the original item ordered is not available. 

Further, orders cannot be canceled and refunded after being fulfilled and shipped. However, the customer can return the items for exchange only. The customer will pay the fee for return shipping. In the event a customer places an order and makes a deposit or an initial payment and then cancels the order before the final payment is made, that deposit or payment cannot be refunded. This includes but is not limited to customer apparel, bicycles, and more.

All sale items purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for another item for any reason except if the product is defective. Returned defective sale item goods must be returned in the same unused condition in the original packaging with all included materials. Shipping costs to return or exchange in this case will be borne by Geared.
※ If the returned goods are received in used condition or there are items missing, the goods will not be accepted.
※ If replacement returned goods are no longer available due to model change, out of stock with no plan for reproduction, etc., a different model of equal value will be offered or a refund.
※ Warrantied goods will be replaced if the warranty terms of usage have been followed and replacement period has not expired.
